Testimonials:
“Coaching has been a game-changing life-saver.
Before I started coaching, my life felt like a rollercoaster. Most of the time I was either jumping from task to task or unable to begin any tasks, missing deadlines and struggling to focus. Day and night, I felt like I was drowning in a sea of unfinished projects.
Andrea taught me multiple time and energy management strategies and helped me organize my workload in a transformative way. Now I can prioritize my workload better and meet deadlines more consistently.
Andrea’s coaching also helped me to understand how my personal traits can be strengths rather than hindrances, and to acknowledge, appreciate and leverage my creativity and ability to think outside the box. Thanks to Andrea, I am more confident and productive, I feel more empowered than ever before, and I am earning more recognition for my contributions at work.”
“Andrea was a pleasure to work with. Kind, thoughtful, genuine, and precise! Great, probative questions and great patience from Andrea helped me better manage my time during work, have more time and energy to address things around my apartment, and ultimately recognize the commitment I needed to make to myself to be successful
I would like to just list some of the positive impacts of the coaching sessions: improved time management through the use of a calendar, flow of the day, and better management of my daily routine; improved impulse control using methods to calm myself and self-awareness; more drive through ‘remembering my ‘why’’; better management of expectations through clear and early communication with coworkers; and better relationships with coworkers by anchoring a funny anecdote to outcomes associated with ‘keeping it too real’ and much more.
Would recommend Andrea to anyone looking to push themselves in the right way, at the right time, and at their own pace. It was truly a pleasure.”
