Andrea Yellinek is a credentialed ADHD and Life Coach, as well as an occupational therapist. As a coach and clinician, she has over 20 years of experience helping individuals with executive function challenges related to ADHD and other developmental issues maximize their potential.
Andrea brings a broad background in sensory processing, neurosciences, and human development to coaching. She holds a BA in Psychology and an MS in Occupational Therapy from Columbia University. Since becoming an occupational therapist in the mid-90s, she has worked with individuals with ADHD, autistic spectrum disorders, and learning differences in both the school system and private practice.
Later in her career, Andrea joined the coaching community with the goal of serving individuals from a strengths-based and goal-directed approach. She completed intensive coach training with ADD Coach Academy and afterward, through MentorCoach. As your coach, Andrea is committed to assisting individuals with executive function challenges to use their strengths to create more balance and fulfillment in their lives. Andrea enjoys working with college students, adult professionals, teens, and parents of special needs children.

Andrea is a Professional Certified ADHD Coach (PCAC) from the Professional Association for ADHD Coaches (PAAC) and Certified Life Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is also a licensed Occupational Therapist. Andrea specializes in working with:
