Andrea Yellinek is a credentialed ADHD Coach and a registered occupational therapist. As a coach and clinician, she has over 2 decades of experience helping individuals with executive function challenges related to ADHD and other conditions maximize their potential.
Andrea incorporates her background in mental health, sensory processing, and occupational functioning into the coaching process. She holds a B.A. in Psychology and an M.S. in Occupational Therapy from Columbia University. Since becoming an occupational therapist in the mid-90s, she has worked with individuals with ADHD, autistic spectrum disorders, and learning differences in both the school system and private practice.
Later in her career, Andrea joined the coaching community with the goal of serving individuals from a strengths-based and goal-directed approach. She completed intensive coach training with ADD Coach Academy and afterward, through MentorCoach. As your coach, Andrea is committed to assisting individuals with executive function challenges to use their strengths to create more balance and fulfillment in their lives.
