Individual Coaching Options:

Parenting a child with ADHD can present its challenging moments. As ADHD Coaches, we understand what you are going through. ADHD Coaching can help you, your family and your child move past many of these troublesome experiences to experience more harmony and joy on the home front, at school, and with their peers. Together, we partner to develop ADHD-friendly strategies, routines, and skills to bridge the gaps and lead to better days. Individualized Coaching is always encouraged for parents of children with ADHD, especially when new to the diagnosis or taking next steps to manage. Your child can be integrated into the coaching process or have their own coaching plan. We offer a variety of coaching options that are catered to your needs and your child’s age. Family coaching plans are also an option if you have more than one child or family member that needs our support.
