Individual Coaching Options

The best time to start preparing for college transition begins during a student’s high school years, especially as a junior or senior.  We have an excellent team of ADHD Coaches highly experienced in coaching students for their high school transition, first year of college, and even with a reboot.

Individual coaching is customized based on the timing and needs for support to help balance demands and support their success in the college years.

Not heading to college? We coach with young adults to help them design goals and structure around a gap year after high school graduation, as well as transitioning to independent living and entering the workforce. Visit our page about supporting young adults to learn more.

Executive Functions and ADHD – College Edition: This two-session workshop is helpful for college students interested in strengthening skill sets during the semester or to prepare for less challenge in the next semester. Available on scheduled dates two to three times per year, or you can arrange for the private support option if you need help sooner than later.
