Six modules. Eighteen live sessions. One way of working that finally fits how you're wired.
You’re smart. You’re capable. You care about your work. And you still end most days wondering where the time went and why the list got longer.
That’s not a character problem. It’s a fit problem. The advice you’ve been handed was built for a brain that isn’t yours.
You are Wired to Win™ with your ADHD. This program shows you how.
This program is built for you if…
You're keeping up — and it's costing you.
The work gets done. Nobody at your job knows how much effort it takes, or how many hours you give back after dinner to catch up. That’s a real one.
You know exactly what to do. Getting to it is the problem.
The task is clear. The start is not. Distractions, pop-ups, and the next shiny thing keep getting between you and the thing.
You want skills, not another app.
Focus. Organization. Time. Planning and prioritizing. Getting started. You want strategies that hold up consistently, not a system you abandon in a week.
If you nodded at any of those, you already know what doesn’t work. Here’s what does.
Pills don't teach skills and strategies...
Medication can turn the volume down. It can’t teach you how to plan a week, protect your best brain hours, or get started on the thing you’ve been circling since Monday.
Those are skills. Skills are learnable. And they’re learnable faster when they’re built for the way your brain works instead of against it.
That’s what these eighteen sessions do. You’ll leave with your strengths named, your systems built, and habits that keep showing up after the program ends.
Half training. Half coaching. Every single week.
Each session is one hour. The first half teaches one new topic, one, not five. The second half is live group coaching where you take that topic and build something real with it: a reframed belief, a working matrix, a plan for tomorrow that accounts for how your brain actually works.
You don’t leave with notes. You leave with the thing built — every week, eighteen times.
Between sessions, you get one small experiment to run in your real work life. Then you bring what happened back to coaching. That loop — learn it, build it, live it, refine it — is the whole program.
What you'll build, module by module.
MODULE 1 — Begin with You
Strengths · Superpowers · Mindset
🗓️ Wednesdays, Oct. 7 · Oct. 14 · Oct. 21 — 10:00 – 11:00 am CT
Before we touch a single system, we start with you. Most professionals with ADHD have spent years being told what they’re bad at. Almost nobody has sat them down and mapped what they’re built for. We start there, because every strategy that comes later works better when it’s built on top of your actual wiring instead of someone else’s.
In these three sessions you’ll:
- Map your character strengths and personality wiring — and learn to read them like an owner, not a critic
- Find the right context for your ADHD traits, so the same trait that trips you up in one setting becomes your edge in another
- Catch the thoughts that stall you, and flip the order: decide who you’re being first, then what you’ll do
By the end: You know what you’re good at, why, and how to point it at your work.
MODULE 2 — Executive Function Primer
The 12 EF Skills · Your EF Profile · STEAM Strategy Builder™
🗓️ Wednesdays, Nov. 4 · Nov. 11 · Nov. 18 — 10:00 – 11:00 am CT
Executive function is the set of skills that gets an intention out of your head and into the world. When those skills are uneven — and with ADHD, they are — the gap between “I meant to” and “I did” gets wide. This module closes it. You’ll map your own profile across all twelve skills, then learn the tool you’ll use for the rest of the program: the STEAM Strategy Builder™.
In these three sessions you’ll:
- Learn the twelve executive function skills in plain language — and rate where each one sits for you
- Pick the one or two skills that, if they improved, would lift your whole week
- Build your first complete STEAM strategy for a real challenge — the repeatable method you’ll use on every roadblock after this one
By the end: You have a method for solving productivity problems, not just a list of tips.
MODULE 3 — Get Organized
Clutter Project · WorkFlow Matrix™ · Priorities & Email
🗓️ Wednesdays, Dec. 2 · Dec. 9 · Dec. 16 — 10:00 – 11:00 am CT
You can’t focus in a space — physical or digital — that’s working against you. This module handles the chaos: the piles, the tabs, the “I know it’s here somewhere,” the email that never ends. You’ll complete a real clutter project (scoped so you actually finish it), then build your WorkFlow Matrix™ — the big-picture view of everything on your plate that becomes the backbone of your planning for the rest of the program.
In these three sessions you’ll:
- Complete one right-sized clutter project and anchor a small daily habit that keeps it that way
- Build your WorkFlow Matrix™ — where every role, project, and commitment lives
- Sort your real workload into Now / Not Now / Maybe / No — and set up an email system that ends the inbox sneak-peeks
By the end: You can find what you need, and you know what’s next without digging for it.
MODULE 4 — Optimizing Attention & Energy
Time Saboteurs · Your Energy Wave · The Distraction Toolkit
🗓️ Wednesdays, Jan. 6 · Jan. 13 · Jan. 20 — 10:00 – 11:00 am CT
Your attention isn’t broken — it runs in waves, with real peaks and real troughs. This module makes those waves visible. You’ll name the time saboteurs that steal your hours, map your own energy pattern across a typical day, and match your hardest work to your best brain time — instead of fighting your wiring with willpower.
In these three sessions you’ll:
- Spot your top time saboteurs — the pop-ups, the one-more-things, the vanished transitions — with real examples from your own week
- Draw your personal energy wave and learn what to do at the peak, in the trough, and on the recovery
- Build your distraction toolkit: the brain dump, the focus ritual, and one environmental change that protects your best hours
By the end: You work with your energy instead of against it — including in the weeks when everything is loud.
MODULE 5 — Time: Flow of Day & Week-Ahead Planning
Club 1440™ · Flow of Day · The Week-Ahead Ritual
🗓️ Wednesdays, Feb. 3 · Feb. 10 · Feb. 17 — 10:00 – 11:00 am CT
Time with ADHD isn’t a straight line. It’s now and not-now. This module is where everything converges — your matrix, your energy wave, your STEAM strategies — into one daily and weekly planning rhythm you own. And it starts the first week of January, which is exactly when you’ll want it.
In these three sessions you’ll:
- Join Club 1440™ — the practice of spending your 1,440 minutes a day on purpose — and anchor a weekly planning ritual that sticks
- Build your Flow of Day: top priorities in your best brain time, buffers for the pop-ups, and a closing ritual that ends the workday cleanly
- Run a full week-ahead plan for your real next week — themed, blocked, and connected to your matrix
By the end: You plan a day you can actually live, and a week that survives contact with reality.
MODULE 6 — Habits, Projects & Future Focus
Personal Best · IF-THEN Strategies™ · Boundaries & Staying Power
🗓️ Wednesdays, Mar. 3 · Mar. 10 · Mar. 17 — 10:00 – 11:00 am CT
The systems are built. This final module takes on the patterns that quietly undo them — perfectionism, procrastination, people pleasing, and the derailed re-entry after a break — and replaces each one with a practiced response. Then we close the way this work deserves: you name what changed, and you leave with a rhythm that keeps going without us.
In these three sessions you’ll:
- Trade perfect for Personal Best — and learn which tasks deserve “done,” which deserve “great,” and why
- Build your own IF-THEN Strategy™ library for the moments you catch yourself stalling
- Practice the graceful no, build your re-entry plan for breaks and disruptions, and name your transformation from week one to now
By the end: You have momentum you can rebuild on purpose — not momentum you got lucky with.
Live, together, one hour a week.
Eighteen Wednesdays. 10:00 – 11:00 am CT. October 7, 2026 – March 17, 2027.
Jumpstart Sessions Week of September 21st.
Every session is held live by Coach Robin. We begin with training and transition into coaching and implementation, always with something built by the end of the hour. Can’t make a week? The recording is in your client portal to watch after the training, and nobody falls behind for missing a Wednesday.
Six months. On purpose.
You’ve done the sprint before. The productivity book you read in a weekend. The system you set up in one inspired burst. Ideas that worked okay in the short term.
You already know how that story ends. Not because you lack willpower. Because a burst can’t create the systems and approaches that last over the long run.
Real change evolves. New habits need repetition before they hold. New systems need to be better aligned to how you think and survive a bad week before you trust them. And you need enough time with people who get it for the old story about what you’re capable of to loosen its grip.
That’s why this program is six months, and why it crosses the messiest stretch of the year on purpose. You’ll build your planning rhythm before the holidays test it. You’ll hit January with your systems already standing, not starting from scratch on a resolution. And by February, you won’t be someone who took a course. You’ll be someone who works differently and has the months of wins to believe it.
So join me! One hour a week. Eighteen weeks of showing up. That’s not a long time to change how the next twenty years of workdays feel.
Plus these bonuses, included
🌟 Bonus 1 — The Later Lie Toolkit
“I’ll do it later” is the most expensive thought in your workweek. This toolkit is the catch-it-in-the-moment companion for one of the big four saboteurs — Procrastination. Learn how to spot the later lie as it’s happening and the fastest ways to get moving forward before that five-minute task becomes a three-week delay.
🌟 Bonus 2 — Short Burst Productivity Workbook
Another saboteur that comes up for many clients is the wide open chunks of time in their day. it’s easy to get excited about the time available, but follow through on best intentions. Learn how to use scheduled focus time and short-burst techniques to get more done in less time — with a step-by-step way to put it into action this week.
🌟 Bonus 3 — Private Jumpstart Session (early enrollment)
Enroll by September 18, 2026, and you get a private jumpstart session with a coach before Module 1 begins. You’ll walk into October 7 already knowing what you’re here to change.
People who were already good at their jobs — and got their days back.
I can’t thank you enough for all the work you do! It has helped immensely and I’m so grateful for the practices you have shown me. I feel like I’m able to focus more on the things I want to do with the framework you helped me to establish and cut out a lot of the chaos. I have been using the planning and project tools to help me prepare for the week ahead and I now have action plans that are easy to implement. I’m not running around like a crazy person!
I was very good at hiding my overwhelm at work. The truth is I felt like an absolute failure. I knew I was smart and capable. I just couldn’t get myself to focus and get started with work. Hours would pass by with very little done to show for my time. Robin helped me organize and approach my days to be more productive.
Coaching with Robin helped me get through my performance improvement plan. The stakes were high and the support and accountability in coaching were largely instrumental in my surviving and keeping the job. The skills and strategies I learned have saved me many times over.
The impact of what I learned in this course helped me take back at least two hours a day where I would spend time after work trying to catch up.

Frequently Asked Questions
How exactly does the course work?
Once you enroll, you’ll receive a welcome email with next steps to get started before our October 7th kickoff. If you signed up early, you will be contacted by me to set up your complimentary jumpstart session for the week of September 21st. The training is sequential and you are encouraged to leverage the program at the pace that works well for you. Each module will give you ideas and inspiration to consider for your situation. And, you will be challenged with implementing one or more of the strategies and skills you learn. Trainings are recorded and you will have access to them in your private client portal. At any time, you can reach out to me for help and support.
What is provided with the Productive Days program?
Eighteen live one-hour sessions across six modules. Every session includes a training on one new topic followed by live group coaching to help you apply to your own work. You also get the full course materials, worksheets, and tools in your private client portal, all session recordings for one full year, as well as the bonuses. Between sessions, you’ll have your desired next step or action to apply, which is where the change actually happens.
Will I have access to the Productive Days course after the program ends?
Absolutely! You will always be able to find the course and review the training as often as you like by logging into our private member site for one full year.
Does your program have a guarantee and money-back refund option?
Yes, it does. We know investing in a course can sometimes feel risky. We want to eliminate that risk. We are determined to bring our best so you walk away feeling you received a lot of value from the program. And, if you feel like something is amiss early on, please send us an email at Robin@ADHDcoach.life so we can make it right!
What we ask for is your commitment to do the work, which means you have attended the live training sessions (or watched the replays) or taken advantage of the open office hours to customize your support. If you are not satisfied with your experience by the end of the first three weeks of the program, let us know. We will refund your payment, minus any used sessions.
Will there be a lot of extra homework?
Nope! We realize how busy you are with your job already. The training sessions are held live and designed to give you ideas and strategies to make work easier. You decide what to implement and practice after each session. That will be where you invest extra time. And we will be there to support you. You can always review the training again and take the next steps on something else when you are ready.
What if I am worried I won't finish?
We know it doesn’t take much to get stuck with virtual training. That is why this program has built-in lots of live, personable support to keep you engaged and working on your desired next steps. We are going to do our best to keep you moving forward.
What if I miss a session?
Life with ADHD has its ebbs and flows. We understand that. The program is built assuming that, not punishing it. The recordings for your sessions are in your client portal. You watch the recording. Send Robin an email to help you if you have immediate questions or bring it up at the next session during our coaching time.
Six months feels like a long commitment. Is it?
Six months is a longer commitment, intentionally. It’s one hour a week for 18 Wednesdays, 10 to 11 am CT. Plus the time you decide to invest in implementation.
Why? Productive Days is now starting its fifth year. What we have learned over time is that the learning is incredible and transformational change takes time. That is why the new Productive Days 4.0 edition has been spread over six months. You’re not here to collect information. You’re here to discover your best approaches to work differently, at the pace you can apply them, to create sustainable change. That kind of change evolves and can’t be rushed. For example, a new planning routine has to survive a real deadline week before it’s yours. A reframed belief has to hold up the third time you get knocked down, not just the first. Speed building the unique ways you are wired to succeed is how systems end up abandoned by week three. We know too many clients who have come to us, thinking they have lived through that already.
Six months gives every tool and approach you build time to be tested, adjusted, and tested again in your actual work life, with a coach and a group in your corner the whole way. By the end, this isn’t a course you took. It’s who you are being and how you work.
What about the holidays?
Yes indeed, November and December can get busy, and we have planned for that. Sessions are one hour intentionally. The coaching portion of every session meets you where your week actually is, and if you miss one, the recording is waiting. A wobbly holiday season doesn’t undo your progress and it supports you where you need it most.
