MODULE 1: PRIME YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT

Setting up an efficient work environment to support your productivity is #1. In this module, we will tackle the challenges of chaos that comes with a cluttered, messy workspace, not being able to find what you need when you really need it, the setbacks of inevitable distractions. We will show you how to create a planning matrix that is central to how you use your time, set up your systems, make decisions and more.

MODULE 2: OPTIMIZE YOUR ATTENTION AND ENERGY

Two of our most important resources are time and energy. How we use them can make or break our experiences at work. We kick off this module by learning about where our time goes and getting clear about our best brain times. Then we use the planning matrix developed in module one as a tool for prioritizing what we focus on and when.

MODULE 3: GET STRATEGIC WITH YOUR TIME

In this module, we take the skills of time and task management to the next level. Winging our way through the day just doesn’t work so well with ADHD because we can be pulled in so many different directions. This module will focus on ways to triage those pop-ups and unplanned diversions to your day, learn how to estimate how long things take, what to do with that never-ending to-do list, and more.

MODULE 4: FINESSE YOUR PROJECT AND TASK MANAGEMENT

In this module, our focus is on managing projects and tasks in ways that help to get started, persist and follow through to the finish without urgent deadlines to get things done. t’s easy to think “I’ll do that later” and struggle with procrastination. Or you might feel a little overwhelmed and not sure where to start. Sometimes, it’s all about the urgency of getting us going.

  • How to organize projects and commitments and keep your to-do list short

 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How exactly does the course work?

Once you enroll, you will receive an email with access to the Welcome Module and Module One: Prime Your Work Environment, so you can get started right away. The next modules of the course will be released on a weekly basis. Each module will give you ideas and inspiration to consider for your situation. And, you will be challenged with implementing one or more of the strategies and skills you learn.

What is provided with the VIP On-Demand Cohort Experience?

In addition to the Basic Course modules, worksheets and resources, you will also get a 3-month pass to Open Office Hours for coach support. Office Hours are held the first three weeks of each month on Wednesdays at 2:30 – 3:30 pm CT and Fridays at 9:00 am – 10:00 am CT.  You’ll be given information for signing up for support sessions after purchasing your VIP Experience.

What is provided with the 1:1 Support Experience?

In addition to the Basic Course modules, worksheets and resources, and GenevaChat community, you’ll also get access to 9 private, individual coaching sessions. You’ll arrange your sessions with your Coach after purchasing your 1:1 Support Experience.

Will I have access to the Productive Days for ADHD Professionals Course after the program ends?

Absolutely! You will always be able to find the course and review the training as often as you like by logging into our private member site for one full year.

Does your program have a guarantee and money-back refund option?

Yes, it does. We know investing in a course can sometimes feel risky. We want to eliminate that risk. Will there be a lot of extra homework?

Nope! We realize how busy you are with your job already. The training sessions are designed to give you ideas and strategies to make work easier. You decide what to implement and practice after each session. And we will be there to support you. You can always review the training again and take the next steps on something else when you are ready.

What is the private support community?

We don’t use Facebook because scrolling through posts can be our clients’ kryptonite, as well as ours! We use an app called GenevaChat that you can download on your computer, device or phone from the Google Playstore. We encourage you to take full advantage of our private support community throughout the program. You can post your wins, join a conversation, send messages to individuals in the group, even meet up in the hangout. There is so much to learn from others with similar situations and what has worked for them. Add that to our training, and you just can’t fail. Plus our coaching team will be hanging out in the community as well to add to your support along the way.

What if I am worried I won't finish?

We know it doesn’t take much to get stuck with virtual training. That is why we have built-in lots of live, personable support to keep you engaged and working on your desired next steps. We are going to do our best to keep you moving forward.
