We have learned that the presence of ADHD can take a toll on any relationship, especially couples.

Over time life gets busier and more demanding. We have lots of roles and responsibilities that didn’t exist starting together. Life becomes more complicated, which in turn can make our ADHD symptoms worse and lead to more significant, chronic problems. Over time the day-to-day setbacks can complicate and erode who we are and what we experience as a couple. This can lead to breakups, separation, and even divorce without the proper support.

It just doesn’t have to be that way!

In this 3-month group coaching program and course, we will take on six areas of focus with ADHD coaching to help you strengthen your relationship and develop better ways of being together on a day-to-day basis.

Our group coaching program is for couples who want to roll up their sleeves and work together to create something better than what they are currently experiencing.

We bring you more insight and understanding about ADHD and its impact on relationships. We bring you the coach approach to develop your goals as a couple, design the actions to achieve them, and provide the support and accountability to help you create better times together.

Our program is not counseling! That is to say; we don’t solve the big problems of the past. We don’t provide the therapy to help you process deeply ingrained emotions and trauma. We know that coaching and therapy complement but do not replace the needs of our ADHD tribe.

Here’s What Is Included:

Kick off your experience with a private couple’s session where we explore your specific needs and goals.

Together we will create a personalized Couples Blueprint so you can follow along and see the progress you are making throughout the program.

Many would agree, the top three challenges for ADHD-impacted couples center around communication difficulties, emotional ups and downs, and the balance and follow-through of who does what in the relationship.  Would you agree? If so you will love this program. Our five modules in the course are packed with easy-to-consume video training, and interactive worksheets with the information, insight, and actionable ideas that have helped couples like you shift their relationship from a place of frustration and overwhelm to more calm, connection, and more happiness as a couple.

In these nine live virtual sessions, we will unpack what you learn from the Relationship Reboot Course training with lesson highlights, your opportunity to ask questions specific to your needs, and coaching around the next steps you want to take together. This gives you the opportunity to put what you learn into action. You will also benefit from others’ experiences in this safe, collaborative group environment that you may not already have thought of. Our group sessions are recorded and made available for you if you miss a session or would like to review some of the pearls shared during the coaching.

Our toolbox is a specially curated collection of resourceful handouts loaded with additional information and strategic ideas to complement our group coaching sessions.

Implementation Weeks:
We leave the last week of each month open for those who need a little extra time to catch up or reinforce the new habits, skills and strategies that you are learning. And, we make ourselves available during that week so you have support as you need it by email. You will also have the option to purchase and arrange a private coaching session if desired.

Wrap-Up Session: 
This private couples session gives you the opportunity to reflect on where you were, celebrate what you have accomplished in your couples blueprint, and then identify a few new steps so you can keep the momentum going.

Relationship Reboot Course Overview

Welcome Module – Your Welcome Video & Guidebook

We are so glad you are here!  Now, let’s get started!  As soon as you sign up, we will welcome you with you our Program Guidebook so you are clear on how the program works, our group guidelines and schedule, and how to optimize your experience in the program.  We also get you started on your discovery questionnaire and a few surveys to help you prepare so you have clarity from the start on what to focus on as a couple.

Module 1 – Your Fresh Start

This module is our ADHD 101 for Couples. The more you understand the facts and dispel the myths and misunderstandings around ADHD, the better. Get ready to be empowered to live and love from a place of understanding and compassion with regard to the presence of ADHD. We will focus on what’s happening both above and below the surface, and break down the five most common misunderstandings that harm your relationship. From there we dive into the power of mindset to help ground you as a couple for more momentum moving forward. Together you will develop a “Future Us” vision of how you want to be together in the relationship you want.

Module 2 – Two As One And Authentically Different!

And that is a good thing. We will show you why, as you focus on your unique differences with respect to how you think, your strengths, your values, what you bring to the equation, and how you approach each of your roles and responsibilities in the authentic ways you are wired to win.  When you embrace differences it gives you a powerful perspective to leverage the best of each of you into something really great.  And, that means happier, or more effective for you!

Module 3 – Create Your Healthier, Happier Balance

Many couples complain of unhealthy relationship dynamics. Here we work on illuminating the roles and responsibilities that make your world go round so you can experience a better balance in the doings of day-to-day life as a couple and family. Together you will organize and negotiate who does what as it aligns with your unique areas of interest, strengths and abilities. With this clarity, you can learn the best approaches to work in tandem in leader, supporter, or co-leaders roles using our TEAMS approach for getting things done.

Module 4 – Better Communications, Fewer Emotional Upsets

Communications and Emotions are two big hot spots for couples impacted by ADHD.  In this module, you will learn about the top five communication blunders and the emotional roadblocks that derail your conversations.  Leverage the strategies and skills you will learn to increase the collaboration and effectiveness of your communications while keeping your cool.

Module 5 – “Future Us” Resilience

All throughout this program, you have worked on creating your couples blueprint for a happier future together.  You have dived into a better understanding of ADHD, new information strategies and skills to help. Now let’s talk about consistency, momentum and resilience as you continue to build on what you were inspired to create. We will reflect back, highlight our favorite wins, and think forward on the next steps to bring so you can leverage the encouragement, enlightenment and empowerment you experienced to continue the momentum in your “Future Us” vision.
